Our goals include working on your behalf to secure multi-state volume purchasing contracts that have benefits that are measurable, cost-effective and continuously exceed our membership's expectations. The Colorado BOCES Association, in cooperation with 23 other states, has formed an organization to leverage increased purchasing power through a multi-state bidding effort. This organization’s mission is to establish the common needs of educational agencies and facilitate a universal bid resulting in a purchasing contract available to all qualified customers. This contract will offer the very best prices on quality products and premier services based on the needs of combined multi-state districts serving over 10 million students.
