Our Vision
All migrant children and families realize their potential, receiving a complete education and the opportunity to integrate, contribute and feel welcome in the community.
The Migrant Education Program (MEP) is a federally funded program that annually provides supplemental, educational and support services to children of migratory workers in agriculture, dairy, logging and fishery.
The general purpose of the MEP is to ensure that migrant children fully benefit from the same free public education provided to other children. MEP helps address disadvantages and needs of children whose educational success is compromised by their migratory way of life.
