INSTRUCTIONAL SECTION
All policies and procedures in the Instructional Section of this manual will follow those of the local school district hosting BOCES special education programs. The policies of the local school district must be in agreement with and recognize that all special education students are under the jurisdiction of the current I.D.E.A. federal and state regulations and guidelines.
